DELIVERY AND RETURNS

All UK deliveries are fully tracked, direct from my studio to your destination.

  • UK DELIVERY

I will never charge the full postage price but I do need to add a small fee to each order to help towards costs. Delivery charges for any print can be found on the right hand side of the individual product page. Delivery is charged per item, however this may sometimes be slightly reduced at checkout for orders with multiple items..


Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Larger items are sent through Parcel Force. I aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours.


After your item has been dispatched a tracking number will be provided for you to follow the progress of your order.
Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2 - 4 working days

  • INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked, or Parcel Force Global for larger items.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and dependent on the weight and size of the item, as well as the delivery destination. Delivery is charged per item, however this may sometimes be slightly reduced at checkout for orders with multiple items.

 

I am currently able to ship to the following countries, and have included estimated delivery times (please note these are for information purposes and may differ if there are events outside my control, eg weather, strike action or other unforeseen  delays)

EUROPE: Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey

(6 - 10 days)

 

Major cities will be quicker, more remote areas will take longer.

FURTHER INFORMATION

I always take time to package my original paintings and prints carefully and securely with a superior level of protection so that they arrive in perfect condition. I use a combination of heavy duty cardboard to prevent bending, plus a good cushioning of bubble wrap and strong brown paper. Framed pictures also benefit from corner protectors.

​

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
 

Once your order is dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your other email folders, or email me for further support.

Inaccurate or incomplete address information provided is likely to delay processing time. Therefore I would encourage customers to thoroughly review shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

 

I try to process orders as quickly as possible, so if you wish to make any changes after placing your order please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request.

RETURNS POLICY

What is the policy if the product arrives damaged?
Take pictures of the damaged part(s) and send them to meganyoungfineart@gmail.com. You will receive a full refund or I will send you a new product if your product is damaged. Resends go out within 3-4 working days and you will be provided with new shipping information immediately to the same email address.
 
What if I want to send my product back, but it is not damaged?
That is possible, I will send you instructions and a returns address when you email me at meganyoungfineart@gmail.com In this case, you pay for the shipping costs.
 
What is the next step in the return process?
You can send me an email to meganyoungfineart@gmail.com requesting your refund. After you have posted the package to the returns address and forwarded the tracking number to meganyoungfineart@gmail.com, I will refund your purchase.
 
How long does it take for me to receive my fee or new product?
I aim to send a replacement product within 3-4 working days after the resend has been approved, the same goes for refunds.
 
How many days do I have to return something?
You have 14 days to return your product. International customers have 21 days. I do request however, you contact me as soon as possible after receiving your goods with any problems.
 
Who will pay for the return of the product?
You will have to pay for shipping the product back to me, but I will refund your initial shipping costs.
